2. Clearing Negative Thoughts, Feelings, and Emotions Exercise: Engage in an exercise specifically designed to help you identify and release negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions that may be blocking your path to manifestation.
3. Gratitude Meditation and Exercise: Participate in a gratitude meditation to elevate your vibration and open your heart to receiving. Follow this with a gratitude exercise to further enhance your positive energy.
4. Overview of the Manifestation Process: Learn about the principles and steps of the manifestation process. This overview will provide you with a solid foundation for understanding how to effectively manifest your desires and include the use of crystals.
