Group Meditation Sessions

Our Group Meditation sessions are intended to give people a positive meditation experience, whether they are completely new to meditation or more seasoned meditators.  Our group meditation sessions generally consist of guided commentaries, visualisation, music, and moments of silence to give an experience of inner calm and peace, to help relax the body and quieten a busy mind.  Many participants have reported having quite profound experiences during these sessions which leave them feeling calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

Meditation Workshops

Our Meditation Workshops are based on particular themes with the intention of bringing about some form of personal realisation and transformation and can be attended as a stand alone events.   Meditation practice is the basis of all workshops, which are generally between one to three hours in duration.  If you are new to meditation we would recommend attending a shorter session initially while you build up your meditation practice.  Workshops and meditation practices are not recommended for people with severe mental health conditions.   If you are suffering from or being treated for any mental health condition, please discuss your anticipated participation with your GP or health care professional before attending. 

Meditatation Courses

Learn to Meditate Course

Duration: 4 Weeks

Cost: £50

Our Learn to Meditate courses provides a step-by-step approach to help you develop a good meditation practice, which are supported by several meditation commentaries.  The focus of the meditation practices is learning to quieten the mind and starting to cultivate more positive thoughts, feelings, and outlook, to bring about a calmer state of mind and an improved ability to deal with life in a less reactive, more positive way.  Please click on event for more information.

Holistic Anxiety Management Meditation Course

Duration: 6 Weeks

Cost: £60

Our Holistic Anxiety Management Meditation Course provides participants with effective meditation techniques, based on scientific research, to help better manage their anxiety.  This course also incorporate holistic approaches such as the use of mudras (hand positions), crystals, and aromatherapy to promote holistic well-being.
